In the draft resolution, after paragraph 19.5, insert the following paragraph:

"ensure the educational and cultural needs of ethnic groups such as Macedonians, Albanians and Turks as well as others are met"

Explanatory note

The educational and cultural needs of ethnic groups carry importance and should be emphasised in the Resolution.
