1. The Committee of Ministers has studied
the information contained in the Honourable Parliamentarian’s question
and has also listened to the explanations given by the two delegations
mainly concerned by the incident he refers to.
2. It notes the international dimension of the cemetery, that
bilateral agreements have been reached between the national authorities
concerned and encourages the parties to pursue their bilateral dialogue
with a view to finding a solution acceptable to all stakeholders.
