In the draft resolution, after paragraph 6, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly notes that compliance with Resolution 1990 (2014), with particular regard to the illegal annexation of Crimea, the illegal occupation of the Georgian provinces of Abkhazia and South-Ossetia, and the failure to respect state media freedom and freedom of expression in the Russian Federation, all remains to be addressed."
