In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 4.5, insert the following sentence:
"to establish an environment for ethnic minorities, Muslims and other religious denominations, to ensure that they maintain their existence without economic, social, political concerns;"
The protection of ethnic minorities should be stated in the Progress Report, since paragraphs 18.4.2, 18.4.3 and 18.4.4 of Resolution 2296 (Post-monitoring dialogue with Bulgaria) explicitly refer to this issue.
