In the draft resolution, paragraph 6, in the second sentence, replace the word "concerns" with the following word:

"notification"

Explanatory note

In the notification of the European Court from 16 March 2021, there is no reference to "concern" on captives; this is not a factual conclusion that one can make from the given notification. It is important that when the PACE refers to a legal document, it should stick to facts.
