In the draft resolution, paragraph 19, delete the following words:

", in particular in relation to Azerbaijan,".

Explanatory note

There is absolutely no reason to single out Azerbaijan. The country was subjected to 30-year long military occupation, had to endure an ethnie cleansing and massive displacement of its population. Unfortunately, quite often the expression of frustrations by the people deeply affected by military aggression was portrayed as "hate speech".
