In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 10.2 with the following paragraph:

"with regard to the composition of ad hoc committees, in Rule 44.4.c, after the second sentence add the following sentence:

"An ad hoc committee, with the exception of ad hoc committees in charge of election observation, shall include at least 33% of members of the under-represented sex".
