In the draft resolution, paragraph 3, replace the words "concerning the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict" with the following words:

"between Armenia and Azerbaijan since the trilateral statement of 9-10 November 2020"

Explanatory note

The only statement of the Committee on the subject dated 22/04/2021 is entitled "Statement by the Monitoring Committee on the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan" and it is noted that "[…] the developments since the trilateral statement of 9-10 November 2020 […] have been closely followed by the Monitoring Committee."
