In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 9.4.3 with the following paragraph:

"maintaining and increasing trust in public health authorities by ensuring citizens that the vaccination is not and will not be mandatory and that nobody should be placed under political, social or other pressure to be vaccinated if they do not wish to do so, as outlined by the Assembly in its Resolution 2361 (2021)"
