In the draft resolution, paragraph 17, last sentence, after the words "Belarus' involvement in the aggression" insert the following words:

"; recognizes the full responsibility of an illegitimate Lukashenko and his regime in creating conditions leading to the Russian war against Ukraine and allowing the use of the Belarusian territory and its infrastructure by Russia for perpetrating an act of aggression against Ukraine; takes note of the active measures taken by the Belarusian civil society and opposition in exile to impede the aggression and provide assistance to Ukraine;"
