Explanatory note

The public inquiry into the assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia published its report on 29 July 2021.The Board of the Public Inquiry made several recommendations, some of which will require time to be fully assessed and implemented. However work to implement these recommendations has already begun, alongside other reforms.
