In the draft recommendation, at the end of paragraph 13, insert the following sentence:

"It should also incorporate a decision of Council of Europe member States to work together to strengthen international security architecture by giving political impulse to the reform of the United Nations and its Security Council and forming a common position on it."

Explanatory note

The Council of Europe should use its influential voice to promote the UN reform, which directly impacts democratic security of CoE member States.
