1 Report of the Committee on the election of Judges to the European Court of Human Rights

The Committee on the Election of Judges to the European Court of Human Rights held a meeting on 13 April 2023, with Mr Titus Corlăţean (Romania, SOC), and then Mr Sergiy Vlasenko (Ukraine, EPP/CD), in the Chair.

The committee assessed the list of the candidates to the Court in respect of Romania.Note

2 Conclusions of the committee on the list of candidates submitted by Romania

The committee interviewed all the candidates on 13 April 2023.

The committee recommends to the Assembly two equally qualified candidates, Mr Razvan-Horatiu Radu and Mr Sebastian Rădulețu.
