In draft resolution, paragraph 8, first sentence, delete the following words:

"the absence of free and safe access through"

Explanatory note

"Absence of free and safe access through" does not reflect the reality on the ground. As it has been brought to the attention of the rapporteur on numerous occasions and also evident from publicly available sources, the Lachin road continues to be used by local Armenians, ICRC and Russian peacekeeping contingent.
