In draft resolution, paragraph 9, replace the words "calls on Azerbaijan to implement this decision with no further delay" with the following words:

"takes note of the measures implemented by Azerbaijan to abide by the said interim measures"

Explanatory note

It is inaccurate to describe the situation as if Azerbaijan is not complying with the interim measures indicated by the ECtHR, not least due to the fact that a significant number of ambulances passed through the road and hundreds were reunited with their families on both sides.
