Explanatory note

The presence of the illegal military forces remains a matter of serious security concern for Azerbaijan. Such kind of activities of Armenia is a vivid example of the breach of the Trilateral Statement, and constitute a blatant violation of territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
