Regretfully, the current text arbitrarily overlooks the consistent efforts that Azerbaijan has been making since November 2020 with respect to addressing the rights and security of ethnic Armenian residents of the conflict-affected territories. Azerbaijan has consistently expressed its determination to reintegrate these residents as equal citizens.
