In the draft resolution, paragraph 4, second sentence, after the words "Trilateral Statement" add the following words:

", including the continued illegal military presence of Armenia on the sovereign territory of Azerbaijan, the transfer of weapons and ammunition (most notably landmines) thereto, the illicit extraction of Azerbaijan’s natural resources, and the misuse of the Lachin corridor for these purposes in breach of the Trilateral Statement"

Explanatory note

The amendment is proposed to make the paragraph more comprehensive by including all the significant issues and problems that have been unfolded since November 2020.
