In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, first sentence, replace the words "strongly condemns the military operation launched by the Azerbaijani army in Nagorno-Karabakh", with the following words:

"regrets that despite the agreement reached in the Trilateral Statement of November 2020, the armed forces of Armenia were not withdrawn from the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, and this source of constant threat led to the deadly escalation"
