Examination of credentials of representatives and substitutes

1. In accordance with Rule 6, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Rules of Procedure, the President of the Assembly has received the credentials of representatives and substitutes for the fourth part of the 2024 Ordinary Session of the Assembly, which have been transmitted in due form by the competent authorities of member States.
2. The Assembly is called upon to express its decision on the validation of the credentials of the representatives and substitutes whose names are given in this report.
3. Andorra has appointed a new substitute following the resignation of Mr Salomó Benchluch.
4. Belgium has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
5. Bulgaria has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
6. Croatia has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
7. Estonia has appointed a new representative and two new substitutes following the resignations of Mr Ants Frosch, Ms Liisa-Ly Pakosta and Ms Reili Rand.
8. Finland has appointed a new representative following the resignation of Mr Kimmo Kiljunen.
9. Latvia has appointed a new substitute following the resignation of Ms Ināra Mūrniece.
10. Luxembourg has appointed a new substitute following the resignation of Mr Fernand Kartheiser.
11. The Netherlands has appointed a new representative and three new substitutes following the resignations of Ms Fleur Agema, Mr Caspar van den Berg, Ms Vicky Maeijer and Mr Gijs Tuinman. One substitute has become representative.
12. North Macedonia has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
13. Poland has appointed three new substitutes following the resignations of Ms Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz, Mr Arkadiusz Mularczyk and Mr Jakub Rutnicki. One substitute has become representative.
14. Portugal has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
15. San Marino has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
16. Serbia has appointed a new substitute following the resignation of Ms Dijana Radović.
17. Sweden has appointed four new substitutes following the resignations of Ms Yasmine Bladelius, Mr Adnan Dibrani, Mr Alexander Christiansson and Ms Beatrice Timgren. One substitute has become representative.
18. In the case of reasoned objection or contestation, the contested credentials shall be referred without debate to the appropriate committee which shall report back to the Assembly, in accordance with Rules 7 and 8 of the Rules of Procedure.
