"The membership of the United Nations Security Council of members that have violated international law by invading sovereign states and illegitimately obtaining their seats shall be reconsidered; they shall be required to undergo the appropriate accession process in accordance with the UN Charter and uphold the core values of the organisation."
The amendment refers to the fact that the Russian Federation obtained its seat at the UN and UN Security Council not in accordance with the UN Charter procedure.
