In the draft resolution, after paragraph 15.2, insert the following paragraph:

"advance their military capabilities and ammunition production within the European Union for its greater self-reliance. Strengthening the defence capabilities of European countries that share a border with the Russian Federation, such as Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland, should be regarded as a crucial factor in safeguarding the rules-based international order and ensuring the security of Eastern Europe."
