In the draft resolution, after paragraph 5, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly reaffirms that no acquisition of territory by the threat or use of force shall be recognised as lawful, and calls upon all States to refrain from any action that might be interpreted as legitimising the seizure or annexation of territory in violation of international law."
