In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 5, insert the following sentence:

"Such acts constitute a flagrant breach of the United Nations Charter and underscore the urgent need for comprehensive accountability mechanisms and an immediate cessation of hostilities."

Explanatory note

It is important to stress that the Russian Federation violates the UN Charter.
