In the draft resolution, before paragraph 12, insert the following paragraph:

"Furthermore, the Assembly urges member States to uphold the International Criminal Court and other international bodies dedicated to justice, ensuring they operate impartially and free from political influence and strengthen international co-operation to remove political barriers, ensuring that justice is pursued effectively through multilateral frameworks, including the enforcement of ICC warrants."
