In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 11.3 with the following paragraph:

"promptly accede to the International Criminal Court for those countries that have not yet done so, and to co-operate fully with the International Criminal Court and comply with its orders for those countries that have already acceded, in particular with a view to ensuring accountability for war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression;"

Emphasis on the urgent need to comply with ICC orders to ensure accountability for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression.
