In the draft resolution, paragraph 15, delete the following words:

", with a view to strengthening Europe’s leadership internationally,"

Explanatory note

The CoE member states should address issues inside the respective countries or organisations the member states are part of like for example the European Union and follow CoE standards. Otherwise the CoE and its member states could lose their credibility.
