Explanatory note

There is no evidence to support these allegations. Both the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Interior have categorically denied them, stressing that search legislation is clear and the zero tolerance policy towards torture is upheld. Any incident would be dealt with meticulously and decisively by the judiciary.
