In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 6, insert the following sentence:

"The composition of the Platform shall guarantee representation of indigenous peoples and national minorities of the Russian Federation, with at least one third seats reserved to representatives of their organisations, reflecting their share in the population of the Russian Federation."
