In the draft resolution, after paragraph 14.3, insert the following paragraph:

"calls on Council of Europe member and observer States to continue strengthening Ukraine’s defence capabilities, including but not limited to increasing investment in Ukraine's security and defence sectors as one of the core elements of a resilient and stable Europe, able to defend democracy and human rights."
