In the draft resolution, after paragraph 5, insert the following paragraph:
"At the same time, the Assembly recognises the social and economic value of marriage for its own sake and for demographic renewal and calls for policies which promote marriage as an ideal basis for family life, always with due regard for personal freedom and aspiration."
