In the draft resolution, after paragraph 11.8, insert the following paragraph:

"promote family-friendly tax justice, by ensuring that families with children are not disproportionately burdened by taxation measures, by taking account of unpaid care work and family size when imposing and adjusting taxation, and by removing value-added taxes on basic family consumables to assist families with children;"
