The Assembly,

Considering that the promotion of the European spirit is an essential condition of unity and, indeed, of European union,

Considering that the methods hitherto adopted for this purpose by both public and private organisations are ludicrously inadequate, having regard to the vital importance of the aim in view,

Decides to include in its Agenda the following question :

" Method s of information and propaganda necessary for the development of the European spirit. "
