to ask the Committee of Ministers what progress, it has made in its examination of the draft Convention on the Reciprocal Treatment of Nationals which, according to its Sixth Report to the Assembly (Doc. 357), was agreed upon by the Committee of Government Experts in January, 1955, and whether the Ministers expect that it will be possible for the Convention to be signed in the near future.
