The Assembly,
Having taken note of the report of the Committee on Population and Refugees on the problem of refugees from the Soviet Zone of Germany (Doc. 932),
Instructs the Committee on Population and Refugees to continue its study of this question and to consider the contribution which the Council of Europe could make to a solution of the problems raised by the exodus from the Soviet Zone.
