In the draft resolution, paragraph 3, at the end of the second sentence, replace the words "and the Kurdish question and the PKK terrorism that has claimed over 40 000 victims" with the following words:

"and the Kurdish question in Turkey and the conflict between the Turkish state and the PKK that has claimed over 40 000 victims".
