Believing that the creation of a genuinely united Europe cannot be brought about without the support and energy of the democratic youth of all European countries, the Assembly expresses its desire to see organised at Strasbourg, or in the neighbourhood, during the next summer session, a large-scale gathering of the youth of Europe.
The Assembly declares its willingness to contribute to the expenses of this gathering in the hope that other bodies and organisations will similarly contribute to this good work.
