The Assembly,
Having noted the message from the Committee of Ministers inviting it to discuss the " Schuman Plan " and having heard the account that M. Schuman gave it of his proposals expresses its approval of the main lines of the Plan and instructs its Committee on Economic Questions to submit, during the present Session, definite Proposals for a system of collaboration to be instituted between this Assembly and the European coal and steel organisation.
