trafficking (Doc. 5276), and the opinions of its Legal Affairs Committee (Doc. 5283), and of its Committee on Culture and Education (Doc. 5284),
2. Instructs its Committee on Social and Health Questions to
follow closely the development of this question, and to organise,
by 1986 at the latest, in conjunction with the committees requested
to give an opinion, a public event on this theme, in the form of
a hearing, parliamentary or otherwise, to which will be invited
representatives of the non-member countries in which drug addiction
or production constitutes a significant problem.
