Establishment of a Committee on Population and Refugees and the amendment of Rule 40 of the Rules of Procedure

As from the opening of the Tenth Ordinary Session, a "Committee on Population and Refugees", consisting of fifteen members, shall be set up. The Social Committee shall thereafter transfer to the Committee on Population and Refugees any matters outstanding relating to questions of overpopulation and refugees.

Paragraph 1 of Rule 40 of the Rules of Procedure shall therefore be amended and read as follows :

"10. Committee on Population and Refugees.

11. Committee on the Budget."
