1. The Parliamentary Assembly refers to its
Recommendation 1455 (2000) on the repatriation and integration of the Tatars of Crimea.
2. Given the magnitude of the problem, which calls for a
comprehensive approach, it instructs its Committee on Migration, Refugees and
Demography to continue to follow the humanitarian situation of returnee Crimean
Tatars and to report back, as
appropriate.
