In the draft recommendation, in paragraph 4.3, replace the words "throughout Georgia, including in the conflict areas" with the following words:

"in relation to the conflict affected population"

Explanatory note

The actual wording of the draft recommendation in the paragraph in question goes beyond the scope of the report. We should concentrate on the actual report and adopt the recommendation accordingly, to exclude any future misunderstandings. The proposed amendment serves this objective.
