In the draft recommendation, paragraph 2, at the end of the first sentence, after the words "humanitarian assistance", insert the following sentence:

"Also, gender based violence, including rape, the kidnapping and trafficking of women, sexual exploitation and violence, forced prostitution and forced marriages, has become part of a strategy aimed at destabilising the Syrian population."
