In the draft resolution, paragraph 6.3, delete the words "sect-like" and at the end of the sentence add the following words:

"manned with neutral and independent experts in the field of law and religion;"

Explanatory note

It is very important, in view of the reply of the Committee of Ministers to Recommendation 1412, to make sure that neutral experts committed to "a duty to respect the principles of religious freedom and non-discrimination" treat the subject independently.
