"The Assembly is particularly concerned about the protection of minors, in particular minors who belong to religious minorities. It is committed to a policy for respect for freedom of religion or belief as stated in Article 9 of the European Convention for Human Rights and condemns intolerance and discrimination against children on grounds of religion or belief, in particular in the education system."
