In the draft resolution, paragraph 7.5, after the word "(GRETA)", insert the following words:

"and of the monitoring mechanisms of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages."

Explanatory note

The Council of Europe is the leading international organisation for the protection of national minorities. It is therefore essential to mention the most crucial conventions related to these human rights in this resolution. These conventions represent high standards of protection, thus it is important to use the reports of their monitoring mechanisms.
