Explanatory note
Ratification by Ukraine of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court is possible only following amendments to the Constitution. Draft law 3524 "Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (on justice)" delays ratification of the Rome Statute for 3 years. This amendment aims to ensure Ukraine fulfils its international obligations.
