In the draft resolution, paragraph 7.1.2, delete the following words:

", of crimes of genocide and of crimes against humanity".

Explanatory note

This paragraph is out of scope and does not comply with ECHR case-law and relevant provisions of Council of Europe instruments (e.g. Article 6.1 of the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime). This approach is problematic given the absence of a universally agreed and binding standard on crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity.
