In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, after the words ", despite remaining problems" insert the following words:

", due to lack of adequate international assistance,".

Explanatory note

Taking care of the Syrian refugees is the responsibility of all of the member States. The lack of adequate international assistance must be underlined in this paragraph.
