In the draft recommendation, at the beginning of paragraph 7.3, insert the following sentence:

"State parties have no obligation to legalise assisted reproductive technologies involving gamete donations.".

Explanatory note

According to the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in the case S.H. v. Austria, State parties have no obligation to legalize assisted reproductive technics involving gamete donations.
